Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and OutgrowX, operated by Ahmad Saridar. By signing up or using OutgrowX you agree to them. Questions: hi@outgrowx.com.
What OutgrowX is
OutgrowX helps you grow on X: write posts with AI suggestions in your own voice, schedule them, read your analytics, and find posts worth replying to. There is also a free Chrome extension that scores posts on x.com. OutgrowX is not made, endorsed or run by X Corp.
Until the first version opens, outgrowx.com only collects sign-ups. When it opens, people who signed up hear first.
Your account
- You sign in with your X account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
- You are responsible for your X account and for what happens through it.
- You must follow X's own rules and terms when you use OutgrowX.
Your posts and your content
- What you write stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide OutgrowX to you.
- AI suggestions can be wrong or off. Read and edit them before you post. You are responsible for everything you post, including suggestions you choose to use.
- OutgrowX only posts what you write and choose to post or schedule, after you turn on posting. It never likes, follows, replies or sends messages on its own. You can cancel a scheduled post until it goes out.
What you may not do
- Use OutgrowX for spam, automated engagement, misleading content or anything that breaks X's rules or the law.
- Try to get around the usage limits, or use OutgrowX for an account that isn't yours without permission.
- Copy, resell, scrape or attack the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.
Plans and billing
- Pro costs $19 a month or $120 a year. There is no free plan.
- Each X account can take one 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and nothing is charged that day. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings inside OutgrowX. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged: the workspace stays open until the trial ends, with lower limits. Cancel later and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- We don't refund part of a month or year, unless the law requires it.
- When a plan ends, the workspace locks and scheduled posts that haven't gone out aren't published. Your account stays, so you can start again. Email us if you'd rather have it deleted.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may include tax where the law requires it.
- If prices change, we tell you by email before your next renewal at the new price.
- If you think you were charged by mistake, email hi@outgrowx.com and we'll look into it.
Usage limits
X charges OutgrowX for every API call, so plans come with daily limits on posts, searches and suggestions. The app shows what you have left. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. A trial cancelled before its first charge has lower limits until it ends.
Availability
OutgrowX depends on X and on the companies that help run it. If X changes or limits its API, some features may change or stop working. We work to keep OutgrowX running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
Ending your use
You can stop using OutgrowX and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access if you break these terms. When an account is deleted, we handle your data as the Privacy Policy says.
Responsibility
OutgrowX is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost followers, lost revenue, or actions X takes on your account, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell signed-in users by email before it applies. Using OutgrowX after that means you accept the new terms.
